Experience:
Ryan has over 10 years of professional experience, and works with retail insurance agencies and their owners in the areas of Best Practices accounting and financial management, income tax planning and return preparation, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas.
As a trusted advisor Ryan utilizes his business and tax background to provide clients with tax planning, audit and accounting services (audits, reviews, and compilations), perpetuation planning, and personal financial planning services. Ryan adds value by communicating with his clients throughout the year to understand their operational needs. He states, “I believe the most effective tax management strategy is a process where both the CPA and client understand the goals of the business and have the ability to identify and implement tax strategies.”
As a member of the insurance team Ryan provides technical advice in areas such as financial management, consulting including operations, productivity analysis, appraisals and valuations, and tax consulting. Ryan speaks on topics such as best practices, tax planning strategies for business owners, and perpetuation planning.
Ryan is also a member of the Nohre Construction and Real Estate team. Whether you need financial statements for bonding or just sound financial advice, he has the knowledge and experience to guide your organization.
Education:
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – with a Comprehensive Accounting Major from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2007.

Hobbies:
Ryan enjoys being active in the community and serves on a number of boards and organizations. These groups include: Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Eau Claire, Junior Achievement Volunteer, the national award winning Chippewa Valley Air Show Committee. He is also a member of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce – Young Professionals and IIAW Emerging Leaders Committee. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. Something most people don’t know about Ryan is he participates in bass tournaments throughout the state of Wisconsin. Be sure to ask him about his latest catch! He weighed in at 8lbs and his name is Matthew and he is definitely a keeper!
